A consumer code is a set of standards approved by the Chartered Trading Standing institute. It is put in place to set out clearly what consumers are entitled to expect from businesses dealing with renewable technologies and give the consumer full confidence in that business.

The code covers everything from Pre-sales activity, contracts, completing the order and after sales activities.

We are held to certain standards to protect you, this includes not being allowed to use high pressure selling techniques, providing written estimates specific to the property and descriptions must be clear on how it will work.

An insurance backed guarantee is an insurance policy that protects consumers from the event that a contractor ceases trading and has met the insurer’s standards of work.
